The following Privacy Policy establishes the terms in which we will treat personal data in DAKOTA PHOTOS; this includes any personal data collected through our website www.www.dakotaphotos.es, as well as any other data that we process in the exercise of our business activity.

  2. Budget form: the data collected will be exclusively used to make a budget.
  3. DAKOTA PHOTOS job vacancy candidates data: in case you send us your CV or conduct a job interview at our offices, your data will be used to fill possible job vacancies in our company. In the event of being hired, your personal data will be exclusively used to manage the employment relationship with DAKOTA PHOTOS.

How long do we keep your data?

The data of potential customers who do not end up contracting any service will be automatically deleted after one year from the contact, provided that the potential customer has not shown more interest in our services or products. In case of contracting a service, the data will be processed for the duration of the commercial relationship and, once concluded, for the time necessary to respond to possible legal responsibilities.

In relation to labor data, these will be processed for the duration of said relationship and once concluded, for the time necessary to respond for possible breaches in this area. In the event that you have sent us your CV or conducted an interview for a job vacancy, your personal data will be archived for a period of one year, after which, if you have not been selected, they will be deleted from our systems.
