In this space, neighbouring the Alhambra, we opted to cede our equipment and let the Tour of the Plaza itself manage the photography installation.
A partnership agreement was reached that was somewhat different from the usual agreements, due to the particularities of the Plaza and the number of visitors.
We analysed the route, defined the location of the spaces, moved the necessary equipment and trained the staff both technically and in sales management and customer service. We helped to set up the system, and then followed up the management, supervision and consultancy remotely, with regular visits.
We complemented the monitoring through Dakota POS and with a control system of the number of photos taken and printed.
