Tour Bernabéu

Estadio Real Madrid

In 2008, Dakota Photos was commissioned by Real Madrid the design, creation, structure, installation, execution and management of an immersive technological system through which visitors to the Bernabéu Tour could immortalise their image with the players of Real Madrid’s first team. The mandate also included the official photo of the Tour with various trophies won by the Club in its more than 100 years of history.

From that moment on, at Dakota Photos we focused all our efforts to achieve a service at the height of the history, legend and prestige of Real Madrid. And we succeeded, without a doubt!

From that moment on, at Dakota Photos we focused all our efforts to achieve a service at the height of the history, legend and prestige of Real Madrid. And we succeeded, without a doubt!

Through a Chroma system of our own creation, pioneer in the world for not using graphic cards, developed exclusively through software and programmed only by a team of mathematicians, we developed an immersive system capable of integrating the visitor in real time, in dynamic action scenes such as football plays and celebrations. It is also effective in poor lighting conditions, even in direct sunlight.

The service has technologically evolved to get substantial improvements in the processes and protocols that facilitate interaction and service with visitors. Improvements in connection networks, simultaneous printing systems, remote viewing and printing systems, printing control and connection with the sales terminal, digital downloading of images, introduction in Spain of QR codes for the recognition and classification of photographs, analysis and control system for any of the operations, optimisation of storage systems, introduction of video within the structure, wireless communication…

In order to make the offer dynamic to the public, and always upgrading it, we have been temporarily alternating other services including panoramic photos, pitch level corporeal photographs, zoom photographs in mP4 format, Gate Photo Monocolor in the trophy room, fantasy videos, 3D printing photographs, Video Totem Chroma surround… even a unique souvenir photo with the evolution of the stadium construction works.

On a human level, we have always had the most committed team, supported by specific in-service training in technology management, customer service and sales, and by a multilingual international staff  able to attend the maximum number of nationalities and adapt to an environment with a significant weight of foreign customers.

For us, the security of our visitors’ image and data is fundamental, and that’s why we have reinforced any procedure that involves both face-to-face and online interactions with a large legal and technical team that ensures strict compliance with legislation in relation to the treatment and protection of data.

The COVID-19 crisis has undoubtedly been a hard blow for everyone, but we managed to create a virus-free space where visitors felt safe. We kept uninterrupted service every day the Tour was open during these very troubled times. Without exception. In fact, we have done so for the past 14 years.

We now approach this new stage, with the new Bernabéu Stadium in the pipeline, with even more enthusiasm and strength than when we started at the Stadium in 2008. With the same technological innovation spirit, selecting and training the best sales and customer service team, as well as offering a service that for many seems…hard to believe!
